Series 420 is our eco‑friendly, low‑odor water‑based screen printing ink designed for durable decoration of plastics, paper/board, uncoated wood, and leather/synthetic leather. It is a perfect fit for graphic screen printing on POS displays and stickers.

Which substrates are best suited for Series 420?
Rigid PVC (matte), uncoated wood, paper/board, PVC self‑adhesive films, Tyvek, matte polystyrene, and leather/synthetic leather.
How fast does it dry?
Overprintable after 5–10 minutes at 68 °F / 20 °C and 50 % RH; in a tunnel dryer stackable after 30–60 seconds (recommended 104–140 °F / 40–60 °C).
Is Series 420 dangerous goods?
No—not classified as dangerous goods (auxiliaries excluded).
Which auxiliaries are recommended?
Tap water (10 %), or 400‑018 / 460‑018 as needed. Cleaning with 400‑URS / 400‑URS/ISO.
